Local clinic needed specialized tests completed by a 3rd party lab. That lab is self pay only. A deer accidentally ran into my friend’s car yesterday. Will insurance cover it?
So me and my friend (who has a license at 18) were driving to an ice cream place yesterday and a deer hit the left side of my friend’s car (a regular Chevy car) while he was driving on the main street in a town. My girlfriend recently put her car in the shop to get painted. So about a month ago my vehicle was parked on the side of the street and overnight an oncoming car struck a truck that was parked directly behind mine, and the truck was hit with such force that the vehicle was pushed into mine causing damage to the rear of my car. Now after researching similar accidents and checking with my own insurance, I had to file a claim with the insurance of the person who caused the accident (liability insurance only on my vehicle). I managed to get an incident report of the accident to settle this faster however, the person who caused the accident has been unresponsive to their (his insurance) phone calls. And because they are not able to get a statement from him they are denying my claim. Even though I have an incident report which puts that person on the scene and at fault for the accident, there is no statement taken from him or anybody else that was involved. I don’t know what to do know now at this point. I have $4,000 in damages to my car that I cannot repair right away because I lack the funds. Also it should be noted that I have the information of the truck owner that was initially hit as well. However I don’t know how to proceed at this point."

I bumped the car ahead of me. He was at a stop light and I stopped behind him and I thought he was going and I took my foot off the brakes and he decided not to go and I hit his bumper.
